R Wy Bro Paul Fell was installed as Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler by the Grand Supreme Ruler M Wy Bro Andrew Sweeney at the Provincial meeting at Saxon Hall on 7th October. Also in attendance were the Deputy Grand Supreme Ruler R Wy Bro Keith Ferguson and Asst Grand Supreme Ruler R Wy Bro Llewellyn Gill. R Wy Bro Paul installed his Deputy V Wy Bro John Pike PGReg.
